How It Works (Step-by-Step)

Minimum order: one full container (FCL). No pallet/LCL orders.

Step 1: Submit Application (5 minutes)

Fill the short form with your company details, target sizes/patterns, destination country, and preferred contact channel (email, WhatsApp, phone).

Step 2: Account Manager Assigned (< 24h)

A dedicated Sales Account Manager contacts you via your chosen channel, verifies eligibility, and stays your single point of contact until delivery.

Step 3: Product Shortlist & Quotation (same day)

You receive an itemised shortlist (brand, size, pattern) and a personalised bulk quotation for FCL 20’ or 40’HC. We confirm indicative lead times and shipping lane.

Step 4: Proforma & Agreement

We issue a Proforma Invoice and a brief MOU/Agreement covering specs, quantities, packing, route, ETA window, and payment milestones.

Step 5: Deposit

You pay the agreed advance to our UAE account. Prepayment terms may vary by order. Your manager confirms production and vessel schedule.

Step 6: Allocation / Production & Packing Plan

We allocate ready stock or schedule factory production. A container-optimised packing list is shared for your approval (brand/size/pattern breakdown).

Step 7: Final Balance & Booking

Final balance is paid before vessel departure or against B/L copy (per agreement). We then book the container and share the live tracking link at gate-out.

Step 8: Shipping & Customs

We execute the shipment under your chosen Incoterms (see below), provide the full document pack, and coordinate with your broker until delivery.

Step 9: Delivery & After-Sales

Container arrives as contracted (origin port or destination customs). Your manager remains on the case for any queries and 48-hour claim handling if needed.

Our dealer cooperation is guided by clear and transparent terms. From account management and payment conditions to shipping, documentation, and after-sales service, everything is designed to keep your orders secure and on time. Minimum Order & Container Options

  • MOQ: 1× FCL (Full Container Load). We do not accept pallet/LCL orders.
  • Allowed mix: You can mix brands, sizes, and patterns within the same container, as agreed on your PI.
  • Typical fills:
    • 20’ FCL: ~1,000–1,200 PCR equivalent (varies by size/pattern)
    • 40’HC FCL: ~2,200–2,600 PCR equivalent

Your Account Manager will optimise the packing plan for the lowest landed cost per tire.

Your Dedicated Account Manager

  • Single point of contact from Day 1 to delivery.
  • Coordinates quotation, packing, production, booking, and documents.
  • Communicates on your preferred channel (email / WhatsApp / phone).
  • Escalates logistics and claims internally to keep lead times on track.

Payment Terms & Contracts

  • Advance: 30%+ on Proforma to start allocation/production.
  • Balance: before vessel departure or against B/L copy (as stated in PI/MOU).
  • Banking: Payments to PTC GROUP LLC (UAE); currency USD/AED unless otherwise agreed.
  • Alternative terms: LC at sight can be considered for approved partners.
  • Contract pack: PI + MOU/Agreement + agreed specs/packing plan + ETA window.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms) & Lead Times

We ship under the Incoterms that fit your operation:

  • FOB (Origin Port): You arrange freight/insurance from the loading port.
  • CFR / CIF (Destination Port): We arrange sea freight (and insurance if CIF) to your destination port.
  • DAP (Buyer’s Customs/Address): On request and where feasible, delivery up to your customs yard or warehouse.

  • Commercial Invoice (HS 4011.xx)
  • Packing List (brand/size/pattern/qty, net/gross)
  • Certificate of Origin (chamber-stamped where required)
  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)
  • Insurance Certificate (if CIF/CIP)
  • QC/Conformity Evidence on request (batch photos, DOT codes)
